  • Mr. Nadeau has been a practicing real estate consultant, appraiser and developer since 1982. His services include the appraising and development of real estate projects that include condominium projects, subdivisions, single and multifamily construction. The appraisal of marina properties, water-influenced properties, restaurants and tax appeals are among his specialities.

His clients include: individuals, corporations, municipalities, lending institutions and courts of law. Mr. Nadeau has also authored articles on topics that include property revaluation, appraising marinas and appraising historic properties.
